By the time you've finished your weekend workshop you will have unearthed new answers to four fundamental questions: Who am I now? Who is emerging? What is blocking this emergence? What do I need to follow my authentic path?

Guided by psychologist / artist Dr. Sharon Armstrong you'll enter into an ancient ritual. Without needing to know how, you'll reach deep down beneath your public face into the depths of your truest self. In this safe workshop community, your mask will reveal who you truly are and who your are in the process of becoming.

If you're ready to take a quantum leap in knowing yourself, you may wish to prepare in advance for this workshop. We suggest you begin by writing down briefly what you now believe to be the answers to the four questions stated above. Some or all of your answers may change profoundly by the end of the workshop. Also, make note of your dreams prior to the workshop. And finally, gather together a few materials and small objects that have special meaning for you.
